Debt recovery
We carry out professional and efficient debt collection from individuals and legal entities.We carry out various (pre-judicial, judicial and post-judicial) debt collection methods, the application of which depends on the specific situation (every debtor is unique). The practice of debt collection shows that most debts can be collected without the intervention of the court, simply through effective communication and compromise with the debtor by a professional. We also represent the client’s interests in court, monitor the terms of entry into force of court orders and/or decisions, and collect executive documents issued by the court, which we promptly hand over to the bailiffs of the relevant territory for execution.
